Intelligent Warehouse Management System

IWMS is an intelligent warehouse management system independently developed by Density Robotics, which includes a variety of functions such as cargo storage, cargo space management, route planning, multi-equipment collaboration, traffic control, and so on. It can easily realize the integration and docking of upstream management software and the flexible operation of downstream automation equipment. It greatly simplifies the management and use of intelligent warehouses.

Standard HTTP interface

The RCS software system provides standard HTTP interfaces, which can be completed through web APIs to link external functions. This achieves protocol unification and flexible connection between different devices.

Dynamic planning

The RCS system software can manage all automated devices in the smart warehouse, such as smart four-way shuttle robots, robotic arms, AGV/AMR, and charging stations. It introduces smart contracts and bidding mechanisms to dynamically adjust resource allocation strategies, continuously plan and execute routes, and allocate priority rights in real-time to ensure that tasks with time constraints are completed, and to achieve efficient and stable operation of the smart warehouse.

Customized systems

RCS uses a low-code platform, making it easy to connect business logic and deploy. It uses a modular design, where business logic can be achieved by dragging and dropping to connect the system, allowing for the creation of a custom business system for customers.

3D monitoring

Different from the handling system, as a software system for a high-density and intelligent mezzanine storage solution, Juyuan Intelligence uses a 3D display method to show the real-time status of different layers. 1:1 3D display of the mezzanine warehouse, showing the information of the intelligent four-way shuttle robots, elevators, charging stations, and storage positions. Management is more convenient and efficient.

Full-scene simulation

A good project solution cannot do without excellent front-end planning. Juyuan Intelligence has a high-performance and high-precision 3D simulation system. It also supports up to 250 robot simulations, which can meet the simulation test of multiple scenarios; the simulation results can be directly used in real business scenarios.
